Continuous stationery is produced on a long strip of paper, often zigzag folded and perforated with holes for easy separation into individual sheets. It’s an excellent choice for documents that require repeated formatting, such as invoices, statements, delivery notes or Sage® templates.
When ordering, consider how many copies you’ll need for each document. Typically, the top copy — usually white — is sent to the customer, while second and third copies, often printed on coloured paper, can be retained for accounts or filing. To stay environmentally friendly and cost-effective, it’s best to order only what you need, reducing waste and unnecessary expense.
